Establish representation quotas for government leadership

Discrimination affects many different people in our community, for many different reasons, including sex, religion, upbringing and ethnicity. While many people experience discrimination in there life, no matter where they are from, it seems that people's view on discrimination changes significantly based on the social class they are in, or the location in which they live. Affluence, education and religion seem to be key elements in determining a person's view on discrimination.

All parties promote equality but some do for different aspects more than others, for example, left wing and right wing want equal rights for women and minorities. But people who are more right winged than others, would argue that marriage equality was less important than other issues.
